The congress language is English. Excluded from this are the sessions in the German track (Room IX).
Presentation Technology
In the lecture halls, projectors and the necessary computing equipment will be available.
The uploading of the presentations is carried out in a timely manner via the central media reception (Room VII) and the presentation laptops are integrated into the specially set up network and configured specifically for its requirements. Therefore, to avoid technical problems and out of consideration for the following speakers in your session, it is not possible to use your own laptops.
Presentation format
Please only use presentation materials in the form of MS-Powerpoint (*.ppt and *.pptx), graphics must be embedded in the presentation. For Powerpoint Version 2007: Video and audio data must be linked to the presentation and attached separately as *.avi, *.mov or *.mpg files. From Powerpoint 2010, video and audio data can be embedded in the presentation. Please use Windows-compatible fonts.
Tips for Macintosh users
Save your presentation in PowerPoint format. Conversion problems may arise during this conversion. Check your conversion as much as possible beforehand. Use a Windows-compatible font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana, etc. Embed graphics in JPG or PNG format (not TIF or PICT - these formats may not be displayed in PowerPoint).
Free lectures
The speaking time for free presentations in the English track is 7 minutes, plus 3 minutes for discussion.

Guidelines for the poster exhibition
Poster exhibition
The maximum poster size is DIN A0 in landscape format (width 118.9 cm × height 84.1 cm). Mounting materials will be provided at the registration desk.
Posters will be presented in two rounds.
Posters numbered P001–P080 may be put up starting at 08:00 am on September 16, 2026 and must be removed by 06:00 pm on September 17, 2026.
Posters numbered P081–P160 and P051 may be put up starting at 08:00 am on September 18, 2026 and must be removed by 03:00 pm on September 19, 2026.
Posters not removed by these times will be discarded.
Guided poster tours
On September 17 and 18, 2026, from 10:30 to 11:30, guided poster tours will take place.
Please ensure that a member of the author team is present at the poster during guided poster tour.
