Guidelines for the poster exhibition
The maximum poster size is DIN A0 in landscape format (width 118.9 cm × height 84.1 cm). Mounting materials will be provided at the registration desk.
Posters will be presented in two rounds.
Posters numbered P001–P080 may be put up starting at 08:00 am on September 16, 2026 and must be removed by 06:00 pm on September 17, 2026.
Posters numbered P081–P160 may be put up starting at 08:00 am on September 18, 2026 and must be removed by 03:00 pm on September 19, 2026.
Posters not removed by these times will be discarded.
